Business Valuation: A detailed Business Valuation of your company by an expert professional is a key factor in the process of selling your business. Our Valuations include an Affordability Calculation to show the Buyer that the business can be purchased at the established price.

A Company Presentation is developed to communicate the company’s history, methods of operation, marketing and distribution and its unique business methods. Although this document deals with strengths and weaknesses, it is a selling document written to give prospective buyers the information they need to make a decision to purchase.

The Valuation and the Company Presentation are combined into one document that becomes the Company Offering Package for the selling company.
