Module Two: Preliminary Estimate Of Business Value
The Preliminary Estimate of Value (PEV) is a special report that will give owners a market-based view of the value of their business. It is a valuable tool that will assist as follows;
- As a diagnostic and analytical tool to evaluate strengths and weaknesses and to determine if changes to the business would affect the price.
- As a representation of financial buyer's analysis, it will provide a realistic market perspective of price for planning purposes.
This report will help you focus your preparation efforts and resources on improving those aspects of your business that will most affect the price.
We strongly recommend the PEV as a part of "Preparing a Business to Sell", because it provides an independent viewpoint about price from a professional with experience and training in business valuation. We use CPA's as business valuators that are certified by National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, (NACVA), as we believe this is the premier organization in business valuation support.
Fee: $ 700.00 when purchased with Module One ($ 1,050.00 total) or $975.00 on an individual basis.
Note: This report is not suited to present to a prosective buyer.
