"A Basic Guide to Buying and Selling a Company" by Wilbur Yegge. Written by an experienced Business Broker with over 300 completed deals. Good material on perspective of Buyers and on the psychology of negotiation.
"The Complete Idiots Guide to Buying and Selling a Business" by Ed Paulson. We disagree with the sequence of events of the sale, as presented. Due Diligence should be sequenced just prior to closing. Other than this, it has good detail about the structure of the overall process.
